Single 40 inches cotton tie-on strand. Fits up to 40 inches and can easily be adjusted down to fit any waist size.

1. Wrap the beads strand around your waist where you want them to sit.
2. Cross the strings in front of you to make sure that you have the right size and you like the fit.
3. Push an excess or unneeded beads down to the very ends of your thread so that they don’t get in the way of the tying process.
4. With your strand around your hips and no gaps between the beads, cross in front of you and tie them into a double knot the same way you would tie your shoes.
5. Wrap the string around the knot one time and tie again.
6. Cut away excess string and save or discard any extra unused beads.
